You will spend a work week (Monday-Friday) focused on eating nutritious whole foods while gaining new tools that will help you "restart" and adopt a healthier way of eating. The AaHa express week is a great way to maintain your nutrition or weight loss goals after completing a full 7-day program. While it is not a prerequisite, we do recommend our 5-Day Cleanse to people who have already completed a full 7-Day AaHa Week.
